Anyone have any idea on whether or not metra is planning on making a harness for this SUV?  I have an install on a customers SUV that is going to require me to cut the factory harness, which I don't really like to do, because it has the factory amplifier.  Any suggestions or is the only option just to hard wire it from the amplifier?  I saw on Autotoys.com that they are offering a harness with RCA outputs to interface with the aftermarket deck.  it sounds quite interesting but I do not like websites without any information on location and shipping policies.  Ughh they just keeping on making these things more of a pain in the butt.

Metra does not list the part anywhere.  They do have the image on thier website though.  I guess that might be a newer harness because I have the '05 catalog and it still says TBA.  Do you have any idea what the pins are for on the amp?  I am going to try to modify the 7712 with rcas but I guess the easiest thing to do is just take the volt meter to it.

70-7712 and the 70-7713 harness are two different size plugs. I have not used the 70-7713 harness but I know it exists because I called Metra and they had it in stock at the time. Give them a call.
