Phoenix gold makes pretty decent quality amps and I would definately recommend the Xenon series.  If you are planning on powering 4 12" speakers, I would try either audiobahn or alpine.  They make a decent sub for that price and would work well with the amp.  If you wanted to stay in the PG line, try the octane-r's, they are also a decent sub.  Just make sure you have all your wiring correct especially if you run dual voice coil subs.  You have to remember that the amp's sub hookup is wired in parallel so what ever wiring config you use on your subs wiring be doubled once you hook it up to the amp.

The Xenon 1200.1 is one of the finest in the new Xenon lineup. If I had a need for 1200.1 watts mono, that would definately be the amp I get. Check this place out for Phoenix Gold specific questions.

Why did you buy off E-bay...?

More bass, less space.

I second the IDQ recommendation there. Very flexible and good sounding subwoofer series for the price.

Some Adire Shivas, or Alpine Type Rs would work nicely. The Shivas are $125, and the Type Rs are $95 at ikesound.com.

i went with ebay due to the fact that there alot cheaper and as long as you do your research on the place you buy from its the same as buying from a store . rember most places on ebay are best buys and soundadvices just ran out of there home. so they can cut cost since they have no over head which meens they dont have to pay managers and such. i went to my local store and got prices on kicker cvr comps the 05 they are 149.00 each i can get them from a shop on ebay for 99.00 now i know theres shipping but its not much and they can work with the price more then a shop can. well thanks for the tips . i think im leaning towards pheonix gold subs or instead of 4 going  with 2 and going with solo barics L5 series
