i want to build a pre amp that will nock a anologe signal 180 degres out of fase

It's called "phase."  There are lots of ways to do this, including simply switching + and - signal leads.  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

My idea is that if I was to get a an eletritic mic and feed it into a simply phase circuit then run it through my amp it would have some sort of sound deadening effect, I understand that the circuit would be more practical if it was a tunable phase circuit but then it will probly be to complicated for me.
