Need some help building a box for my car

Here the situation,

          I just bought a 93' lexus ls400.  I am going to be putting 2 JL audio 12in w3v2 in the trunk.  I have 2 w0 in my escort zx2 but i just bought the powerwedge for them and the float around to much.  I want to build some custom boxes for the lexus so it looks good like a lexus should.  I also want to put the amps under plexy glass in the back.  So here is the look i want.  I want the speakers in the back part of the trunk in seperate boxs facing out, and i want the amps in between them under glass...   also i need to be able to pull it out so i can get to the spare in case of an emergancy.  Anyone have any tips or ideas?
