Has anyone ever bought any equipment from acaraudio.com?  Good experience?  Thinking about this place and I can't find much info on them other than from Google.  Thanks.....

no no no no no no. its a big no-no to buy anything- i mean overpay for anything other than an authorized dealer according to forbidden-a.k.a.jesus christ himself around these parts-or your product will automatically break and leave you pissed off and have to buy it again.

Your best bet for online purchases would be:
Crutchfield.com
Ikesound.com
TheZeb.com
onlinecarstereo.com
and Sounddomain.com
Im sure plenty of people have had nothing but success with those other sites (etronics, woofersetc, etc.) but I have also heard horror storys about those sites (etronics in paticular) Some of those sites I listed above will price match any other store or website. Or you could always just go to a local shop like jakesmoke recommended (sarcastically recommended, but recommended none the less).

I agree, if you must purchase online, ikesound is the place to go. They will match most any price and they DO offer AND honor a 1 year warranty. I have had to have a CD player replaced by them before and it took about 8 days from the first contact until I had a new unit. Still though, buying from a non-authorized dealer is always taking a risk.
