JL subwoofer

ok so i jsut bought a jl audio 15" w0 that is 8 ohm. and i bought 2 12" w0's that are 8 ohm but are into 4 ohm in the box. could i get a amp that is 300 by 2 at 4 ohms and run the 2 12's to one channel and get 150 each sub. and run one channel to the 18" that is 8 ohm so it would go down to 150 rms which is what its recommended? and is it stupid to have different sized subs or will the sound be better? thanks tyler
