Hi Guys,
I just wanted to know what accessories i need to build a box (sub enclosure) sealed.
I will be buying some 3/4" MDF, but what type of wiring/connectors do i use to put on the outside of the box, and also the wiring used to wire the sub to the connector?
Thanks

Good wood glue, sylicone caulk, screws.
Wire terminals
Speaker wire
Use the normal sub wire to hook it to the connector.

Yep, then normal speaker wire from the speaker terminal to the amp's terminal too.
I like to run 12 guage wire. Some say 12 is excessive. And it is. But I think it looks cool. 14 will be perfectly fine.

For the terminal go to radioshack and get the rectangle shaped one with screw on terminals on the back, and for wire on the inside 14 guage, or if your feeling like going over board 12 guage.

How to wire the sub.

Wiring Option #1

How should i wire this setup? -- posted image.

How to give you FREE bass output. Put the sub in a slot port enclosure of 1.97 cu. ft. with a port that is about 12" deep x 2" long and 6" wide. I'll check on the port for you on the last box I built for this sub which absolutely thundered.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
