Sound Deadener

hey you guys im about to install 4 memphis 12in PR subs with a memphis 1000d amp. I think i should get my truck dynamated or something. I have a dodge dakota extended cab and was wondering if i should dynamat the whole truck or not. and about how much would i need to do that. Also what would you guys recommend besides dynamat. thanks

I would highly highly recommend brown bread, kinda expensive though $2-$5 a running foot (1x3)   I will also recommend using Mar-Hyde Rubberized Undercoating,   I recommend Mar-hyde specifically because it goes on very even and drys quicker then most others.    You can find it at wal-mart.     If you really want to go nutz, do like we are doing right now. undercoat, then brownbread, then undercoat again.     really makes a diffrence in the stability of flimsy metal surfaces,   panels with large opening's behind them ect.    but also adds alot of weight!2009 0-1000 Trunk WR 154.0DB 2009 1001+ Trunk WR

ok wieght isnt an issue but how much is the undercoating and how much of everything will i need? i want to do the whole truck.

Mar-hyde is 2-3 dollars a can and easy to use. Just be sure you do it in a ventilated area and the smell will take a few days to go away!
