engine noise

need help to get rid of engine noise.  Engine noise only come out when the antenna is connected and is alright when antenna is disconnect. Tried wiring the ground to the body of car,  there are still engine noise. My car comes with a power antenna.  Please help!

Check for rust and/or corrosion at the mounting points of the antenna.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
