which amp

hey guys im about to buy the memphis mcsync 6.5 components and the mclass 6x9 coaxials. I am not sure what amp to get, either the memphis 2004 or the 3004. the speakers are rated at 50 and 60 rms so id be right around there with the 2004 but im not to sure. Also im buying everything new on ebay. I understand about the warrenty and im not sure how likely it is that i would blow any of the speakers. Its just that it is like half as cheap on ebay. what amp would you recommend? thanks

if your buying with no warranty, dont overpower the speakers.
