No more bass

I have 2 JL 15WO's powered by a 800W pioneer amp and the double din pioneer headunit...don't remember the model number. It was a nice clean install but a huge box just to get the min. volume. I am a college student and the last time I went home I had to leave them there so I can move out of my dorm in on trip, needed the space. I have a '98 Jeep Cherokee Limited and the bass was decent before the install but now there is absoulty no bass without the subs. Can anyone tell me where I can  pick it back up easily or do I have to disconnect the wires on the headunit? When I added the pioneer amp could that have cut off my stock infinity amp? I am grasping at straws here. 

Also I had a dust cover come off one sub and a local dealer said not to use superglue. He said JL suplied glue but I talked to their online support and he said something about graphite glue from walmart. Anybody got any ideas?  

Use latex water-based glue for speaker repair as it remains flexible after drying.

As to your loss of bass situation, check to ensure your mid-bass drivers are in phase.

The High? I turned the low up because I didn't expect the mids to put out what the 15's did but I'll try the high tomorrow thanks. Anyone know about the graphite glue? The JL guy recomended so just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it. I don't want the repair looking like crap either so I thought the graphite would kinda match the speaker. Laytex doesn't match too well....you know. Thanks for the help just a few weeks so if it the high pass filter doesn't work I just won't worry about it.
