Okay I have a US Amps VLX-400....Now for subs it inpossible to find what I want around here in Windsor, Ontario Canada!!!
So I found some kicker 12L74s on sounddomain for like 170 a peice and shipping was only 57usd to my house..
So are these subs anygood. I can get 3 Alpine type R15s but my buddy wont have them forever so I dont know..
What are some other subs that I can find that are great for deep bass...Im looking more towards 15s and something that wont kill my wallet...I really want some resonant engineering subs but cant find them anywhere..

i think kickers are great, so are the alpines. my friend had a 12 type r, excelent sub, i would venture to say better than kicker??? not fair to kicker sence i havent herd them.
outher subs, you cant go bad with fosgate, but i hate the new look, i personaly have audiobahn, those are some of the best i think, they have a wide selection and have something for everyone, go to there websight and look around. again, kicker is very good, and also alpine. if your friend will give you a good deal, thats probably a realy good way to go, asumeing the subs arnt abused or anything.
i would say eather the alpines, or find an (or multiple) audiobahn that fit the budget. i have the alum12q, great sub, all the alum series can be had very cheap on ebay...
speed is my drug of choice, let me drive...

Depends on what you are after. The L7s are great for budget SPL systems, not so great for SQ systems. They can have decent SQ and extremely good output in the right box. There are better subs for either one, but not for the money.
