Hi, I have a Pioneer N2, but I am missing the main harness and the brain. I was told I can still view dvds, and listen 2 music without the brain, and that the only thing I'll be missing is navigation w/o the brain. If I get a main wire harness, will this be true?

no, unfortunately this is not true. Without the brain, the unit will not even power on. None of the functions will work.
