Okay guys, I need some help. I am building a completely custom F150 for a customer. The interior is being completely designed from scratch, so I have no desire to use a pre-fab sub enclosure. I am looking for anyone who has designed a killer enclosure for a 2000 F150 without using a seat lift kit. I have racked my brain and came up with a number of different enclosures, none of which had satisfactory performance for my customer.(His other car i did is a 1997 accord measured at 147db). I am using a JL 8w4d4 for a sub, amplification is not that big of a deal, we have plenty of amps to choose from. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with that JL model. I would use a JL stealth box. There are 3 or 4 differant ones for that truck.
