87 coupe deville rear speakers?

i just got a 87  coupe deville i thought that the speakers in the rear were 6x9's and i was going to install the 8 way AG audio 6x9's but there 4x10's any suggestions ????

they are 8 ways the 6x9 woofer one 1" mid tweeter and 6   1/2" tweeters io got them for like 45 bucks they sound great i would get to cutting but the back rear deck is so narrow i will take a closer look tonight and see if i can make them fit

Well, if it is too narrow, maybe a ring/spacer to lift them up is they way to go, but that setup in that car may be one that requires 4x10's no matter what.
What about 5.25"s

metra has a kit that was made for 80's cutlasses that had 4x10 converting it to put 6x9's you might be able to use that kit

hmm, no 4x10"s get 5.25"s.
But pioneer makes some that are decent.

i will look into the metra kit and if i go with 5.25's im gonna go soundstream

what can i say i get the stuff at MAP prices with full warranty shipped to my door  i want to check out the rainbow comp's  i hear good things but never had the chance to haer them
