i have a 93 isuzu truck and the wiring in it is really weird... i tried using a wire harness that was made for it and that didnt work... i was also wondering what the most compact and best sounding subwoofers ar

 LF Speaker (+) BLUE/GREEN 
 LF Speaker (-) GRAY/BLACK 
 RF Speaker (+) RED / GREEN 
 RF Speaker (-) BROWN / BLACK 
 LR Speaker (+) BLUE / YELLOW 
 LR Speaker (-) GRAY/WHITE 
 RR Speaker (+) RED / YELLOW 
 RR Speaker (-) BROWN / WHITE

I have two different sources for this truck from above you can see the difference in wire colors. See what you have on the truck and use a DMM to verify the colors above.

I have the same differences in my notes jeff. As for the sub woofer, there are a few companies that are making subs that look more like a thick dinner plate than a speaker and I have been told that the results arent too bad. Off the top of my head I can think of pioneer, earthquake and blaupunk all making a discuss woofer. Check around a little bit and if you have any questions that you need answers to or opinions, well, we got lots of both here.
