Wondering if anyone knows of a good website that provides install schematics or if anyone can give me some install info (such as a wiring diagram) for some subs and an amp i just got. Info...

Car= 1996 Eclipse

Subs= 2- 10" Pioneer 450w IMPP in a Pro Bend Competition Bandpass r/t box

AMP= Jensen- 2/1 channel... 500watt...2 ohm stable (mosfet power supply, xa2125)

P.S. The box was given to me and the amp is drilled into the back of the box, is that the best place for it to live or would it be more productive if i put it under the seat or something?.. sorry i know nothing about systems and any help would be appriciated. thanx

Here's your wiring diagram...
The amp just needs a battery lead - an 8 gauge kit would be PLENTY for that amp... follow the instructions included in the kit, but basically, BIG blue wire from battery + to + terminal on amp, and silver wire from chassis to - terminal on amp, small blue wire to blue wire in dash - either the one on the deck labelled remote (if aftermarket), or the switched 12v in the dash.
Since your amp is already "installed" - leave it where it is... make your life easier.
Pretty simple really, but if you need more help, let us know!
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
