I have a 1994 Chrysler Concorde that has

DASH: 3.5 in

DOOR: 5.25 in

REAR DECK: 6x9 in

I have a Pioneer DEH-P47DH head unit, will it drive all 6 speakers without any problems? has anyone done anything similar?

I want to replace all factory speakers with Pioneer speakers.

You'll be okay.  There's a factory amp under the rear deck that actually pushes the speakers.  The head unit will merely feed it a signal, be sure to use a harness and connect the amp turn on lead to your head unit.  You can also upgrade those speakers if you like.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
