I have a 2004 Nissan Altima, and I just installed a Alpine CDA-9827 deck in my car. My car has audio controls such as volume and track skip on the steering wheel, does anyone know how or have a diagram of hwo to install this into my aftermarket deck?

You can pick up an interface (swi-x) piece at your sound shop.  It costs about $70 and isn't too hard to install.  When you program it, you press a button on your steering wheel, then press the corresponding one on your wireless remote.  That way the module knows what signal to output.  There's an led that needs to be mounted and pointed at the head unit to send it's remote signal.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
