Working on a 2005 Mazda 3 with the Bose system. Added LOC and Bazooka 1500.1 at 2ohms on 2 10" Kicker Comps in Kicker prefab box. Now to the problems.
   1. Very low output. To put it mildly, the factory sub sounded better.
   2. Turn on and turn off thump.
I caught the right rear speaker off the amp under the drivers seat and put my LOC there. I caught my remote wire behind the deck off the switched 12 volt wire there.
Any help would be great.

make sure the LOC is not out of phase. add a ground loop isolator to help with the turn on-off pop.

If there is a factory sub, then you should have tapped your audio signal for the LOC there. You went at the rear speaker which i can assure you is crossed over, and i am sure they cut out the low frequencies to the rear speakers. So tap the LOC at the factory sub and you should be rocking.
