confused on amp and sub?

I want to put in a descent system in my car. I have a 2.0 cubic ft box for 2 10" woofers. I need a 2-channel amp. I'm looking to get 2 subs that are 700-900watt RMS. I don't know what kind of amp and subs to get. I am confused on the ohms for amps and subs. Do the ohms on the speakers and amp HAVE to match? i'm looking at 2 audiobahn amps     1600watt amp(audiobahn)   * 2 x 200W RMS @ 4Ω     * 2 x 400W RMS @ 2Ω     * 1 x 800W RMS @ 4Ω     &                     1600 watts RMS @ 1 ohm bridged mono    (whats all this mean?      400 watts RMS x 2 @ 2 ohms                              200 watts RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms and i am looking at a 2 450watt RMS subs that are 4 ohms. what kind of subs can I get? should i try to get 2 ohm woofers instead? whats the difference? will it be cheaper for me? I plan on spending up to $300 on an amp. Can this work if i plan to spend that much. Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it.Paul Wall
