I'm looking for a new 4 channel amp for a good price. I've pretty much narrowed it down to this US Acoustics USC4065 or this JBL CS50.4.
So now, I'm looking for opinions...
Which would you pick and why?

I don't know much about US acustics, but I always know JBL to meet  the highest standards at any price.

I've never owned a JBL, but I know the company has a stellar reputation.  I do own U.S.acoustics, and have been very pleased with their amps.  But there are discrepencies in what you read on sites like Car Domain and the real world.  For one, the power rating of the USC4065 is NOT at 12.9 volts, but at 14.4 volts.  The manual and the box say that.  I don't know where Car Domain is getting their info, but if it's from the web then that's probably what they saw.  Getting proper info from U.S.acoustics is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.  Their own website states info that is wrong.

My amp came with two 30 amp fuses installed, and two spare 30 amp fuses.  But the manual AND Car Domain said it should come with two 20 amp fuses.  We all know fusing is important, so I sent an email to the company to try to find out what the answer is but got no reply.  So I just left the 30 amp fuses in it and said hellwithit.  If it burns up (although I doubt it) I'm just out $139.95 and the $8 shipping.

Either one of these amps is well worth the asking price.  Do you like chrome corners or would you prefer an odd blue monotone?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

My first amp was a JBL 4-channel ... can't it was anything other than fantastic.
I've bought a US Acoustics amp and mine came correctly fused and packaged and what-not... but it wasn't the one stevdart has and it wasn't from sounddomain.. so I really dunno about that.
For the money, I'd grab the JBL.
