stereo whines with the motor

Dont make fun im new but i drive a 86 chev surbuban with a mtx T9500 with an mtx 801D A 1000 watt four channel eclypse amp I have seperated all power scources from my rca's and my speaker wires, checked all my connections checked all my wires for shorts in them and i have checked all my speaker connections please help

Make sure you have a good solid ground. Make sure both amps are grounded to the same paint free metal point. Make sure you are using a good quality RCA cable and that they are run on the opposite side from your power cable. Make sure your rca's arent run near any of the cars main wire harnesses. If all else fails try another amp.

thanks and my tweets also make a poping noise when the volumes up about half way

Your tweeters are being destroyed.  Either the crossover is too low or the power is too high, or both.

As far as your engine whine is concerned, by far the most common cause is bad grounds, but in an older vehicle it can also be caused by bad spark plug cables or a bad coil.
