Buy whatever's on sale.  I'm not kidding.  They're reliable until they break, at which point you should buy another set.  There's nothing magical about wires...expensive wires break, cheap wires break...some wires never break no matter what they cost.  Everything you find will be twisted pair and that is all you need...unless you are looking for a particular COLOR.

Keep your eye out for closeout deals and whenever you see one snatch up some wires.  I snatched up some Audiobahn wires on a closeout $3.99 price from one of the online sources and they haven't broke in almost two years now.  They were discontinued models...as if the newer models were any different.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Great advise, just make sure that you run them as far away form your power wire as your able to.What brand RCA wire? -- posted image.

I bought my RCA's from walmart for like $7.00 and have had them now for 2 1/2 years.  I didn't buy them from the car section I bought them over by the TV stuff.  you can get them up to like 12 feet I think.

I just purchased 3 pairs of 16 foot RCAs on ebay for $13 shipped. They are streetwires, they arrived in 2 days, excellent deal I say.
