Anyone have any information on this specific piece? I have the opportunity to possibly purchase it with instructions and a couple of cables, it was tested as turning on but not tested past that. Any idea what it would be worth and if it is a decent model?

What info do you need?  http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/usedequipment/tektronix/oscilloscopes/tek465bspecs.htm

http://www.eserviceinfo.com/downloadsm/13729/Tektronix_465B.html (the manual)

As far as value, Tektronix gear is generally high quality and work well.  Looks like they are selling for $150 to $200 on Fleabay.

I am trying to find out if it's worth my time to purchase and ship for now, I know next to nothing about scopes but I am more then willing to learn if I can pick one up at a reasonable price and it will come in handy at some point. I also wanted to be sure it had all the functions that I would want it to have once I figured out how to use it.
The shipping is gonna run around 40 bucks though, they are pretty heavy. I will probably pick it up if I can get it to me for under $100.

That is a good price on that piece.  What exactly are you wanting to do with it?  I have a little bit of experience with those in college, but I haven't had a use for one in car audio-so far.  They are rather big as well.  I wouldn't want to put one in the foot wells of a car for anything.  But if you have a use for it, its a good buy.
