I'm looking at an Orion 1200d and two Alpine swr1242d's or 1222d's, which would be better for it? My question is that a good combo, also i will most likely go with a ported box.
as i am only 16, the amp is refurbished with a 90 day warranty and i have a friend that can fix them for cheap so there is no worry there and i have the skills to bouild the right box. hopefully someone knows how it sounds togeather.

i have always had good luck with alpine type r subs....they work good in sealed and ported enclosures......make sure the amp is a mono bocl amp and can handle a 2 ohm load
Where theres is a wire there's a way.
