I'm planning to buy a sub under $100 but I'm not sure wich one. I found an Audiobahn AW1251SE for $40. ANy opinion about this sub and wich AMP should I use to power it?

For 40 bucks, it will probably be just fine. I hope you are not going for SQ or trying to impress your friends. Don't try and find any good reviews or any one praising Audiobahn gear, they are hard to come buy. But if you like it, then that is all that matters. Who cares what other people say.
