I've got a Ford Mach system out of an '03 GT, I can't get the 6 disk changer to work in my '94 Nissan pathfinder? I'm sure it's anti-theft stuff but know nothing about it.

Those two units are not working because they are most likely not interchangeable. The only cd changer your pathfinder will plug directly into is a nissan changer or an older style clarion, , or any aftermarket changer with an expensive adaptor.
