Is the Hifonics NX440 Nemesis 200W 4-Channel Power Amplifier a good amp ( http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?Productid=13124) ?

Is the Hifonics NX750D Nemesis 750W Mono Power Amplifier a good amp too ( http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?Productid=13126) ?

That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

I am going to power 2 Infinity Perfect 12d VQ (75-400W RMS power range) subwoofers at 1 ohm with the mono amp.  The 4-channel amp will power a pair of Infinity Kappa 693.7i 6"x9" (2 ohm, 2-110W RMS power range) speakers and a pair of Infinity Kappa 63.7i 6 1/2" (2 ohm, 2-75W RMS power range, 225W peak power handling).
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.
