Audio adjustment - K, W and N?

g'day i need help with my head unit.

it's a fairly new Pioneer DEH-P4650MP unit... i've got a 12" sub in the boot, but haven't yet bought the new amp for it. so that's going on soon, but for now i'm gonna do without. the only real audio adjustments i know are low medium and high, because that's all i usually need to adjust say if theres too much bass i'll put the low down but anyway theres this thing where i hold the Audio button it comes up with something like "10K:2W" and my brother thought he would play around with things to see if he could better the bass or vocals...f**ked it!! i fixed it, but not enough. there is something like this: (comma seperating the choices)

F-40:Q1N             40, 80, 100, 160

F-200:Q1W          200, 500, 1K, 2K

F-10K:Q2W          3K, 8K, 10K, 20K

The numbers in bold are what you can change the F- to ('frequency' im guessing)

The Q can be changed to 2W, 1W, 2N or 1N.

Anyway i am guessing the people who answer this question already know all of this. can you tell me what each of these frequencies and Q's? will do, so then i can go out to the car and know what im changing.

not talkin about the sub, i know i cant hook that up without an amp hahahaha...

i'm talkin about the settings on the head unit????
