92 Ford Aerostar Radio Installation

I have an Aerostar 1993, It has the factory EQ, and rear controls for the radio, with headphone jacks. I know ill have to run new wires to the fron speakers, can anyone help me out with what i need to do to the rears?

i'm not sertine but im sure it has a factory amp that will need to be bypassed to et proper operation. i usally dont even mess with it and run my own wires a little harder but i feel better in the line of sound because i et my choice of wire and you've stated that you will be runnin wire for the front ,don't stop there.

Actually there is no amp. The reason you need to run wires is that the speakers are common grounded at the deck because of the headphone jack. You need to run new wires to 4 of the six speakers ( providing you also have rear hatch speakers) The side rear speakers and the rear hatch speakers are parralleld together.
There is no such thing as free installation!

thankx for the correction that is good to know. i just always ran my own wires so never really had to touch on that. and you helping is why this site is a very resourcful tool. for old and new. always learning something new everyday. probably to the day i die. thankx again
