Running Speaker Wire

Is it ok to run speaker wire on the same side as your power wire?  Will that produce any noise?  I don't think it will because the current in the speaker wire is already amplified.  I better ask though.
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

you can run rca's and power wire close together too.

i've run rca's and amp power wire side beside a few times and have had no problems whatsoever, actually had a kenwood competion rep also tell me that those fancy rca's arent needed unless you have a problem with noise in the first place

Depends on the field generaed by the wiring. But at normal wattages in a car system you shouldn't have a problem.
