I have a pair of JL 6W0's and I'm just curious what music you guys recommend for tuning your midbass? Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're looking for here, luckydevil, but the actual "tuning" should be done using sine wave frequencies.  You need steady and precise tones to set your crossover freqs.  After the setup is complete, play the music for enjoyment!
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I haven't been able to find the frequency range for the 6W0's anywhere, even in the manual. So I was thinking I could just tune it listening to music. I know, bad idea.
I guess I'm gonna have to call JL, but do you have any idea what frequency sine wave I should be using for tuning the 6W0's?

Have you checked JL's website?  Or maybe your owner's manual?  http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=23

Also, the 6W0 is a subwoofer, not designed for mid-bass.
