I am going to install 2 Infinity Perfect 12 DVQs in my car.  They are dual 4ohm voice coils.  Would it be best to wire each subs voice coils in series then the 2 subs in parallel, or the other way around?
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

I think what you're asking is "is it better to parrellel the voice coils and series the speakers, or series the voice coils and parellel the speakers".  If that is what you're asking, it makes absolutely no difference either way, you will still have a 4 ohm load.

The amp is a Phoenix Gold Xenon 600.1.  It puts out 600Wx1 in a 1-4 ohm load.  I want the amp 2 see a 4 ohm load, but I have no reason for it.  And j_darling was right.  I meant to ask is it better to parallel the voice coils and series the woofers, or sries the voice coils and paraller the woofers?  I thought it would be better to wire the woofers in because it would cause the woofers to get the same power.  Series would give one sub more power right?  Due to the fact that the first woofer gets the power first.

The woofers would get the same amount of power.  It does not matter which order they are in.

If you're just shooting for 4 ohms, series the voice coils on each woofer, then parallel the woofers at the amp.
