is running my yellow constant (memory) wire from my radio straight to the battery good or bad?

Depends on the deck. Alpine had one that recommended such an approach, but for 99.999999999999% of the decks in the world today, it's a waste of time and energy.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

i have ran it with my amp wire that goes through my firewall so it was pretty easy.and it seems to be a lil louder now.

but i still want more lol.i got a 1800 watt 1000 continious rock ford punch amp and 2 mtx 8000 thunder 15's with a 1farad cap and a yellow top optima and a power acoustic 7 band eq and a power acoustic crossover and a 600 watt 4 channel rock ford amp for my mids and highs and a cheap awia radio cause mine got riped out and stole.and i am gonna get all new stuff what you think i should go with i got about 3500$ to spend

Start with a good HU. Listen to several brands. You'll get hundreds of different opinions on what brands to get.
