What is the easiest way to connect an ipod (mini headphone plug) to a single disc sony HU.  When wiring my pioneer i was able to get a dbus adapter that went to rca.  Is there anything like this for sony?

http://home.speedfactory.net/tcashin/ipodsony.htm  Apparently, if you don't have a changer, you can use a simple RCA to headphone y-adapter.

Coppell, Texas?

hey i got the bus cable/rca for my pioneer to hook up mp3. i hav a minidisc hu, which also is a changer control. the plug i got doesnt work. the source button wont switch to cd, which it needs to for mp3 signal. i assume it needs a signal to trick the unit that a cd is loaded in order to select.. a line in signal will be far better than from a fm tunecaster

lokk around for a xm-300.  This is a small module that goes inline of the cd changer controls and gives you a RCA input/USB/headphone out.  Nice setup and easy to control with the deck.  Lokk around in ebayor crutchfield possibly.

Geep, your link didnt work - but  maybe the site is temporarily down.  That xa-300 module is too expensive!  I just need a simple headphone cable connection like what geep suggested.

Try it again, I just clicked on it and it came up fine.  Otherwise you might try to copy and paste into another browser.  I found it on google, and that site will give you all the hookup options available at your disposal.

I thought so- I remember when I was little I had a friend who lived there.

I don't know, maybe twenty years or so.

I don't remember a last name, we just called him DJ.
