Run one remote turn-on wire to both systems.  Here's the wiring:

Instead of  "additional accessories" and  "fans" would be your various amplifiers.  Put a toggle switch in between system 1 and system 2, and run the wires and switch to whatever location in the truck you want.  You can toggle system 2 on and not affect the primary system.

You can use a toggle that will turn one system off and turn the other one on at the same time.  It would be wired before both sysems, with each system taking a side of the switch.  Everything would still come after the relay.

Or a toggle before each system, both after the relay.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

You didn't get what I said?  The remote wire comes off the head unit, so that means the head unit is not considered to be either system 1 or system 2.
