I have an amp that is 4x50rms, im using two of the channels to power my 6x9s, and i am going to bridge the other two. I wanted to know what would be a good 10" sub to buy if im only looking to run 100watts rms into it.

You probably mean to say 200 watts?  Look at your amp's rated specs (two channels bridged with a 4 ohm load).  200 watts opens a wider door of opportunity in subwoofer selection...you won't have to be nearly so concerned with high efficiency, which is hard to get with a 10".
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
