Im thinking of buying a Pioneer deh-p9600mp head unit. Is this a good stereo. Does anyone know thr difference between the deh-p9600mp and the pioneer premiere deh-p960mp?  They seem to have the same features but the premiere is a little more money.

The premier has gold plated preouts and a longer warrenty. Also check the preout volltage on them and see if its the same. Other wise they are the same

Just so you know, Pioneer (and every one else) is coming out with a whole new line up, and there is some pretty cool stuff coming out.

If you are getting a great deal on these decks great, but it may be worth your while to wait.
