I have a 1000w mutant sub and a 1600w 4 channel amp and 2 500w 6x9's. can i connect these all safely without ruining anything??

If you can, post links to the equipment that you have. You also appear to be listing the peak values instead of the rms values as far as wattage ratings go. Throw peak out the window as it does not provide a accurate picture for people to work with.
