2001 Forester stock radio input?

My wife has a 2001 Forester with the stock radio with built in 6 disc changer. I just ordered the HK Drive and Play for it, and I'm wondering if anyone knows if this radio has an alt input or CD control input on it? If it does, I'm going to hook the Drive+Play to it, but if not, I want to pickup the wired antenna input for it before I go to install, rather than just go with the RF FM input. Does anybody know if this would have any input on it?? I checked the shop manual, and there really wasn't any info. Thanks. Mick

unfortunately you do not have any type of input because you have the in-dash changer which,  if your lucky will work another year or two. The only way to find out if you have any other input port is to physically take the head unit out and look. But i would wager that you don't. as I have seen many Forester's in our shop but don't recall ever seeing one. remarkable53
