You need to first do some basic troubleshooting, my man.  Is the amp getting hot when the subwoofer cuts out?  Is the amp staying on?  Is there a protection light on your amp- is it coming on?  How much voltage is the amp getting at the power/ground terminals?  How many ohms is your subwoofer rated at, and is the amp rated to handle that load?  How was the gain set?  These are all important questions that each need to be addressed.

Check the speaker wires at the amp and make sure there are no loose wire strands that could short.  Also, pull the sub and check those wires, too.  Assuming no wires are shorting out, use a multimeter set on resistance and check the sub at the speaker terminals.  It should read close to what it's rated at, maybe a little under.  Push the cone in/out and watch the reading making sure that it never reads zero.

I also find it hard to believe that a 350 watt amp only uses a 25 amp fuse.  That tells me that your amp is over rated.

I agree with geep. 

Check all connections on the amplifier.  Double check.  Then check the length of the speaker wire.  Make sure something hasn't sliced the wire.  Check connections on the subwoofer.  Inside and out.
