I have a 99 honda accord with 3 12" subs in the trunk. My trunk rattles very bad, and the bass does come out that well, what could i do

Remove anything that is loose. Tighten down all screws, nuts and bolts, your spare tire, jack, etc. Make sure your lisence plate is securely bolted down. Treat the entire trunk with sound deadening material. Hope for the best, or turn it down. Trunk Rattle -- posted image.

It seems I pinpointed the source of your rattle, its cause you have 3 12's in a Honda :) Seriously though what Dyohn said is all good advice. While the stereo is playing get out of the vehicle and see if you can pin point the main rattles. Is it the trunk lid or is it the liscense plate or is it the fenders. Then you can make the proper next steps. Also make sure that your latch is properly adjusted. If there is any play there than its gonna rattle hell.

goto secondskinaudio.com and order a few gallons of sludge and a good amount of damplifier.

hell.. 10sq ft of damplifier and a gallon of sludge did amazing things for me..

i think that the best way to get rid of the rattle is to buy new THICK rubber weather striping around the trunk, the lisence plate could be trouble too.

I ordered a free sample of sound deadening material and put it behind my license plate and tightened the screws down - worked great.

As far as other rattles in the trunk, figure out what is rattling and fix it by tightening screws, or applying sound dampening material to panels.
