I got two of the 800 series 12" just recently, I like em'.  I think for the money there a good buy.  They have real hard hitting bass, with clean sound.

they are garbage when u give them the truer rms power they rip on the surrounds i had not the 800 but the 900 for a month with a 3000.1 dual mono block its on one monoblock right now at a 1 ohm load which is 1500 rms and the sub claims to handle a 2200rms

My are in a sealed box, they don't sound bad.  I think some time down the road I want to put them in a ported box cause I think that they might sound a little better.  But thats pure prefrence.  I guess when it comes down to it you kinda need to choose whats best for you, you're the one that will listen to them the most.
