I'm looking to bring in a new car audio line for my shop. I have looked a several. Higher lines have a little bit of steep quarterly spending budget. But I am also looking for quality. I am currently looking at US Concepts product line, of course its the best product out there according to sales rep. Anybody have hands on with it? What did you think. The car audio market where I am is more geared for products resonably priced that aredecent. In other words most installs are under a grand....Any thoughts?

Thanx for any ideas or thoughts.

Is it Concept or US Concept? If it is the former then it is a great line. If it is the latter, well I have never heard the name before. Verify if it is the proper line first. www.conceptconcept.com

Its concept as the link goes to, I think their corporate name is us concepts. So you have no problems with their lines. Is there mobile video stuff good to?

Thanx for the info,

I have absolutely zero issues with this line. Here in Canada we have a 2 year replacement warranty on the line. It is great value for the customer, really good performance and overall build quality is great. I have dealt the line for almost 6 years now with far fewer failures on amplifiers than any other amplifier line I have ever sold. They had some dog subwoofers (made by King Audio) but the new stuff has been amazing. The speaker line is great as well. I have not had a reason to order in the video product as well but have been assured that it is as good as the audio portion of the line.

Concept is sold big where I live! We have the same type of business your talking about. People who want a good, reliable system without spending a fortune. Its companies like Concept that allow us to do this. I've heard a lot of their audio products and they sound very good. I haven't had any experience with their video line either, but a good audio product. Great pricing on their stuff. concepts car audio decent or crap -- posted image.

Hey Rob, you said you had next to no problems with their amp line up. I know when the local guys started carrying it about 5 years ago or so they had 2400D's blowing up as fast as they could replace them but it was aparently a quality control issue from factory, did you ever run into this? Also dont quote me on the model number as I never delt the stuff myself so I am going off of whats left of my piss poor memory

There was a design flaw with the original CCD2400A, I did not run into this issue at all however but had heard of some people that did. The ones I sold are all still working flawlessly. I have run into a bad batch of amps before, notably one of the old white Crossfire monoblocks, a 400 watt model. I had 7 detonate in 3 days. It turned out to be a flaw in the power supply circuit that infected a entire run of amps. So things like this happen industry wide, not just to one company.
