I just seen these Deka Intimidator batterys on Ebay and they claim they are deep cycle, etc. etc. Has anyone used these or know anything about these - are they as good as Optima or close? I think my battery in my SUV is going bad so I might be changing pretty soon ...

good batterys are expenive for a reason they work well and last longer then a year.
Look into the kinetik or optima batterys, both are made for very very extream use, abilitys to drain to almost nothing and still come right back after a charge.
I lean more towards the kinetik batteries but thats just my $.02
