there are 2 different setups in the lincoln ls. if you have the ls that has the equivalent of the mach system then are you gonna have some problems because it has a center channel of sorts (the 3 1/2"s mounted in the side of your center console), mid-woofers in each door, and 6x8's in the rear cabinet that act as woofers. if it is a standard system then you can get a 70-1771 (Metra) harness and match colors. good luck and hope that helps.

It's called the audiophile system and it's not like a Mach system.  The 3" speakers in the center console are the (powered) center channel, all four doors have 2-way Alpine full-range plate speakers in 6X8 openings powered off the HU, and in all audiophile systems but the sport model the rear deck subwoofers are dual 6X9 Onkyo subs with an amplifier.  There are 4 or 5 different sound systems possibilities in the LS, but the wiring harness is the same for them all.  70-1771 and 71-1771 are the correct codes for the main harness, but the center channel and subs are not part of that harness.
