15’’ volfenhags interval volume needed?

I'm making a box for 2 15" volfenhags. does anyone know what kind of internal volume is best for these subs, and what kind of box will work best. thanksIf you can't be good, be good at it!

My brother has these subs.  We put them in a 2 cubic foot box tuned to about 32 HZ.  It is pretty loud and muddy.  To me it is not very good for listening to, but for a kind of everyday SPL system, it sounds OK.There are 3 kinds of people in the world, those who can count and those who can't

2 cubic foot for the both combined? so 1 cubic foot peer sub? I'm looking to get some deep good sounding bass from these.If you can't be good, be good at it!

Only suitable for sealed boxes judging by the t/s params.... ebp is really on the sealed side.  and I wouldn't go smaller than 2-2.5 cubes per sub.  fiberglass reminds me of peanut brittle... but fiberglass tastes better!

On a good note, I had two of the 12's at one time in 1.2 cubes a piece.  They seemed to be pretty musical subs.  I put 450 watts on each of them off a class d amp and they sounded really good.  Good low bass extension and decent output and transients were pretty quick.  Unfortunately i had to sell them and while being shipped the magnets fell off the basket... thanks UPS!  They also kicked the cones in and doodie.  Oh well.  Pretty stiff cones on them and the aluminum is coated so that cuts down on "out of band" distortion... I think that's what you call it.fiberglass reminds me of peanut brittle... but fiberglass tastes better!
