Earthquake amp & sub

Hi I just got my hands on a thrust 700 Earthquake amp & one   15"Earthquake db sub i would like sum feedback on if they are any good & what would be the best way to hook them up (impedance)

I love Earthquake amps, have a 300.2 in my Chrysler LHS pushing a single Rockford Fosgate 10" DVC! it pounds in the 6th order bandpass box I built! Don't know too much about the subs, but friends have some and they say good things about them!

As for hooking them up, need more info on the amp and sub! How many channels on the amp? Single or double voice coil sub? What kind of enclosure are you planning to put them in? And last but not least, the type of vehicle?
