Everytime I put in a fuse into my amp they blow immediately. I have 2 12" Q-Power subs 750 max hooked up to a 720 watt Pioneer amp. I rewired my power wire a week ago because my amp wasn't getting any power. After I did that it still wasnt working so then I found out my ground was no longer grounded so I regrounded it and it worked(yes i know im not too smart). It worked for a day and then all of a sudden the fuses blew so I bought more and they blew instantly. What do I do to fix that? Or is my amp fried? Let me know what to do I dont want to resort using my 1400 watt Pyle amp.

First thing to ask is how did your power and ground get disconnected? Be sure you fix that problem first no matter what else you do. Next, if the amp blows its fuses with the speakers disconnected, it is probably fried. If not, look for blown speakers.

My two door speakers are blown but they have been for a while. My ground got disconnected because i pulled my amp out and it pulled the ground off so its fixed now. Do you think i should run my 1400 watt pyle of get rid of it?

I think you should first figure out what's wrong with your system and why your amp is blowing fuses. Did you try disconnecting the speakers? And no, I do not think you should install another amp until you know your speakers are good.

No i havent tried that yet. Would my blown door speakers cause that to happen or do i have to much gain?

yes it possible the blown speakers could, and gain could cause the amp to shutdown or cause speakers to blow, which could lead to blown fuses.

You might want to make sure your ground is very secure too. It shouldn't be too easy to take it off.

My ground is bolted down on a bolt in my trunk. What are some good door speakers to get?
